Once you've filled out the request form, our team will reach out to discuss your event details. We’ll gather more information about your needs and confirm whether your desired rental date is available.

After we confirm availability, we’ll send you a rental agreement and invoice. Additionally, we’ll schedule a follow-up call 30 days before your event to confirm any last-minute details, ensuring everything is perfect for you.

How do I need a deposit?

A 50% nonrefundable reservation fee is required to book your event. The remaining balance will be due within 15 days before your event.

How far does your free delivery extend?

Rentals are available around the Harrisburg, PA, York, PA, Lancaster, PA, Carlisle, PA, Hershey, PA, Hanover, PA, Chambersburg, PA, Hanover, PA, Lebanon, PA, and Reading, PA areas.


Free delivery is available within 50 miles of Harrisburg, PA, with pickup no later than 9:00 PM. If your event address is outside this range, or you’re unsure, provide us with your address, and we’ll confirm if it qualifies. Pickup after 9:00 PM incurs additional fees.

What are the late-night pickup fees after 9:00 PM?

Our after-hours pickup fees are as follows:


  • 9:30 PM: $50
  • 10:00 PM: $100
  • 10:30 PM: $150
  • 11:00 PM: $200
  • 11:30 PM: $250
  • 12:00 AM: $300


We strive to avoid these fees by coordinating with your venue for next-day pickups when possible, depending on venue policies, the next-day schedule, and if the arch is needed the following morning.

How far in advance should I book my rental items?

We recommend booking as early as possible to ensure availability, especially during peak wedding and event seasons. Ideally, aim to book at least 2-3 months before your event date.


Our rental schedule is fully booked until 2025. We are now accepting bookings for the Spring 2025 season and beyond.

What happens if I need to cancel my order?

If you need to cancel, please note that the 50% reservation fee is nonrefundable. The remaining balance is due 30 days before your event. Cancellations made less than 15 days before the event are also nonrefundable.

What if the rental items are damaged during the event?

Any damage incurred to our product beyond natural wear while renting our items will be billed to you in the amount of 2 times the rental price of the item. If an item is not returned within the rental agreement period of time, you will be charged 4 times the rental cost of the item and will be allowed to keep the item.
